We do not use profiling "Cookies" on www.MackSys.com.

If you submit your data to us using the online enquiry form, we will not use your personal contact data for any other purpose than to contact you to enable us to respond to your enquiry. We will not pass your data onto any other 3rd party. We will keep you personal contact data secure and we will not keep it for any longer than necessary. If you do not become a customer of ours then we will destoy your personal data unless you have indicated in the online enquiry form that you are happy for us to contact you in future with information on relevant products or services to you. If you become a customer we will keep your personal contact data during the duration of our contract through a signed agreement with you. If you stop being a customer we will destroy your personal contact data within 6 months of you ceasing to be a customer.
